'Degene die ons incheckte was niet vriendelijk. Er geen groet vanaf. Ander personeel was wel heel vriendelijk. De executive kamer was lekker ruim. Badkamer was schoon. Bedden lagen comfortabel.'

'Nette kamer. Op loopafstand van treinstation; 15 minuten naar centrum Londen. Kamer gereserveerd voor 3pp maar bedbank was niet opgemaakt en zag er smoezelig uit. Klacht is volgende dag goed opgepakt.'

'Een prima hotel met erg vriendelijk personeel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en correct. De kamer was zeer schoon en beschikte over een comfortabel bed en een ruime badkamer. Beneden het hotel bevondt zich een gezellig eetcafé. De gerechten zijn normaal geprijsd en kwalitatief goed. Ik heb een heel gijn verblijf gehad.'

'Er zijn in totaal 8 kamers, wij hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping, aan de achterkant. Prima kamer, erg schoon, weinig geluid van buiten, zelfs met de ramen open. Redelijk bed, goede badkamer met fijne douche in een douchecel. Kamer is niet heel groot maar wel toereikend. Het ontbijt kan je zelf maken in een grote keuken op de middelste verdieping, waarbij ook een eettafel met stoelen. Er was van alles aanwezig: brood, ontbijtgranen, melk, vruchtensappen, kaas, eieren, spek, diverse...

'Great location in Battersea. A short walk to Clapham Junction allowing easy access to Gatwick Airport, Twickenham Stadium, and Central London. Area full of amenities, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. everything is on the doorstep. Apartment was clean and spacious, surprisingly quiet given it’s location. Set over two floors. Had a few minor issues, but the was rectified promptly by the agents. Remained in constant contact throughout so that was very pleasing. Nice touch was a...

'Perfect location, walkable to all of Clapham, and close to the public transportation stations. The unit is comfortable, spacious, and modern, also includes a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer. Easy access to unit for check-in and excellent communication with City Relay staff (Akim). '

'I loved the coziness of the property with the mix of cultures and being modern at the same time. I loved the books! Perhaps a few more things in the kitchen ie. potholders, another tea towel, broom. Perhaps some instructions right in the kitchen for how to use the stove and hot plate for those who are not familiar. Overall, I would love to stay here again!'

'We were told the toilet flush didn’t work which we were fine with, however when we arrived at the property there was an awful smell in the bathroom and when we opened the cupboard there was a poo wrapped in toilet paper in there. '
