"We stayed for 2 nights, our initial room was next to the lift and it was a bit noisy. However, after a visit to reception and a polite request for change of room, we were upgraded to a suite, free of charge, which was much more comfortable. The staff at The Bromley Court are amazing, most friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was amazing. Beautiful, spacious room, full size soaking tub, incredible breakfast. In the heart of Canterbury, quick walk to all the shops, restaurants and the cathedral."

"Condition of my room was fair , wallpaper that looked like it had been painted over was peeling , Fan in room did not work and picture missing off wall but hooks left in it. Bathroom looked refurbished and nice, staff were nice. Unable to order room service as no one answered the phone , spa did not call me to make an apt. And I was unable to eat in the restaurant on both occasions I tried so I ate in the bar. "
