"The hotel is well placed for the beach, shops and transport. The rooms are good and refreshed daily. The breakfast is reasonable and the pool area ok although not very big. The Wi-Fi is weak and very difficult to get connections only seems to connect on the ground and first floor levels. "

"I had quite a nice stay the staff where very polite and friendly making you feel welcome whenever they see u. However the hallway and rooms and lift was a bit run down and could use a refurbish. The lift jolts most of the time and nearly gave me a heart attack in the first day and the room aren’t horrible but they could do with a a bit of a paint and making it look a bit more modern."

"3rd time staying at the property as we love the location etc… Sandos have taken over this year and we felt the food choice wasn’t the best. Desserts bit bland in Main restaurant but amazing in their BBQ restaurant. New mattresses were very comfortable and rooftop terrace was amazing with refillable soft drinks & beer for AI guests over 18yrs. Great coffee bar. "The location is perfect for anyone looking to visit Puerto Banus. Staff were great. The apartment size was great but the furniture and decor was a bit tired and dated and needs to be updated. However, if you don't plan on spending much time in the apartment its a good trade off for location"
