'Room provided lacked expected comforts. Air conditioning did not work sufficiently. Woke up first night sweating. Even after tech looked at it the room never got cooler that 25C and ran continuously. If hotel is going to advertise air conditioning it better get room temperature down to 20C if desired! Bathroom smelled like urine if you left door shut and shower walls had mold in the grout. Coffee provided in the room was "instant". Didn't expect that in Italy. Options for onsite...

'Wonderful hotel in the middle of everything you'd like to see in Positano. Easy walk to the beach, bus stop, many restaurants. Lovely room with beautiful tile floors, a comfortable bed, and private balcony. We spent a week and were very happy. 'I wouldn’t consider myself a luxury traveler but when in Positano had to splurge. This place is worth the money and as amazing as their Instagram looks, reality was somehow even better. The staff was incredible, the room was incredible and perfectly located. Breakfast had an amazing selection of pastries, the staff at the front desk arranged everything we needed, and the restaurant came with a 10% discount which made it a great value in the area. '

'We had a nice clean large room overlooking the sea, exactly what we wished for. The hotel is well-located, close to several restaurants, the bus station and ideal to go to Positano or Amalfi. 'Het hotel had het beste ontbijt ooit in Italië gegeten. Zo lekker. Het is wel heel ver weg van alles. We zaten hier maar 1 nacht, dus ok voor ons. Het zwembad was ijskoud. Niets te zien rondom hotel. We vonden de gratis shuttle wel heel goed. Ze brachten je naar Salerno en 3 uur later kwamen ze je terug halen.'
