'לא יודעת מאיפה להתחיל כשאתה משלם מלון יותר יקר מהשכירות אתה מצפה לקבל שירות ממש טוב. הינו לפני שנתיים עם בעלי היה בסדר ורצינו קצת נוסטלגיה כשנכנסנו לחדר היתי בהלם מהנקיון שהיה תת רמה מקלחת על הפנים הכל מלוכלך עובדי ניקיון על הפנים משחקים אותה לא מבינים עיברית הינו צריכים להיתקשר כמה פעמים לקבלה כדי לקבל מאפרה. לא הבנתי למה אני צריכה לשלם אלף שקל יותר על תינוקת של 7 חודשים שלא אוכלת בחדר אוכל קיבלה מיטה עם כתמי דם עליה ואמבטיה מחוררת למרות שאמרו לנו שהביטוח עליה 50 שח ליום. ועם כל זה לא מספיק...

'Hotel may be aged, but this doesn't make the total experience any worse. Very friendly staff, good cleaning, TERRIFIC restaurant (and its staff) and great location. Not the first hotel I've been to in Eilat, nor the most expensive ("luxurious") one, but the first one I highly recommend. Can't wait to come back in Autumn! '

'The hotel is a bit in disrepair, it needs maintenance. The restaurant can be a nightmare due to it being overcrowded. The guests have a tendency to move the whole buffet to their table on 15-20 different plates so a lot goes to waste. We did not find the kids animation, there seemed to be none. The pool is only open from 10 to 16h and is in a poor state. The pool area is full of cigarette buds.'
