'This property is amazing. Other reviews mention the proximity to the airport and that is true however that should not be a deterrent to staying at this amazing property. The rooms are beautiful, the view is beautiful, the staff are so accommodating and welcoming and friendly. I would love to have an opportunity to return to this property again one day!'

'Fantastisch gelegen hotel vlakbij boulevard en gezellige winkelstraatjes. Wat een stuk minder was, dat Argostoli ligt op een aardbevinggevoelige lijn, waaar wij dus een tamelijk zware trilling van hebben meegekregen. Het was wel geen heftige aardschok, maar het hotel schudde op zijn grondvesten. En de hele week nog lichte trillingen. Kefalonia is een prachtig eiland, maar niet voor ons om naar terug te keren.'

Minder goed dan wel matig: de continue rioollucht in de badkamer (komt m.i. door de slechte afwatering), het heel laat s' middags pas aanpakken van de kamers (tegen 16:00 uur). Ook storend is gebleken, dat Apollo eigenlijk voor 90% op de all-inclusive toer zit; als je de pech hebt half-board gast te zijn dan val je een beetje tussen de wal en het schip.'
