'Strategic location, ski in/out and walking distance from 1850. Staff are great, doing whatever it takes to serve guests, all of them with no exception: the always smiling guy at entrance, receptionists, manager, ski shop staff, lobby cafe, breakfast, and especially the concierge man. Ski rental shop in the same building. Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small...

The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! 'So disappointing. We booked this as a mid-way break on our 16 day driving tour; 1 night in a resort with spa facilities. The pool, hot tub, saunas, and whirlpool; all closed. The bar was closed! One of 2 restaurants on site was open. One of the couples got the robe and slippers, the other couple did not. No apology, no money off. We were told we could use a nearby hotel pool; it was snowing! We weren't going to walk over to another hotel, swim, and then walk back. We were told there...
