'My wife and I stayed in Cincinnati for two Reds baseball games and this condo was in a perfect place to get there and also get around to other sites in downtown Cincinnati. The condo itself is beautiful and you can tell the owner did a lot of upgrades to make it a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was available and all amenities were great! We would definitely stay again.'

'Really cute 3rd floor walk up. 2 bedrooms beautiful space & views. We were able to walk everywhere from baseball park to Finley market. Tons of bars & restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.'

'Place was great! Location was great! Our entire crew from back in the day met up and had a great time. Actually the first night we didnt even go out. Instead, we got carryout from Gomez Salsa and drinks from Kroger and enjoyed the rooftop and game room. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Thank you again for your hospitality!'

'We had a great stay in this unit. There was plenty of room for 2 couples. As mentioned by others, the Kroger is at the end of the block. The free connector is a little over a block away and will take you to the riverside area and the ballpark. We actually walked to and from the ballpark and it took between 10 and 15 minutes. There is a restaurant next door and a deli about 1/2 block. We did not eat at either but heard that the food was very good. We also went to the ARK Encounter and Creation...

'Unit is very well maintained and stocked. The stairs are wide and easily managed with suitcases...good exercise! Great location and very quiet because it is away from street and on top floor. Owner easy to work with. Some exterior upgrades going on in building. Check with owner on status if daytime noise or construction stuff is a concern of yours.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay here. It's in a prime location to Cincinnati and NKY, close to many things to do. The space was very comfortable and just what we needed for home away from home. The street was also quiet.'

'The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect location for visiting the Ark, the Creation Museum, and the Cincinnati Zoo. I didn't realize the laundry room is located in the basement and is shared with the first floor unit as well. Overall the property was clean. However, the shower curtain on the top level had scum and mildew on it and the comforter had 3 big stains. More furniture in the living room and porch would be nice as well. If these things were addressed we would...

'Beautifully renovated loft apartment with lovely finishes and details. Generously sized main bedroom with 5-Star hotel bed and linens. Appreciated the extra large flat screen TV so my other half could watch the NBA playoffs as well as the Nespresso machine. Free on site parking is a major amenity in this neighborhood. You know it’s a good rental when you walk in and say, “I could live here”'

'The house was nice for the price. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and we were not far from the downtown area. A couple of updates would help. The bathroom fan is noisy when first turned on. Also, the blinds were broken in a couple of spots so light came through. TV batteries were dead when we arrived but they dropped off replacements within a couple of hours, which was appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.'

'I stayed three nights on a business trip. The place is immaculate and comfortable. Wonderful host experience - I appreciated all the little things. Neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants. I highly recommend and would stay again.'

'The communication was very easy with Robby and he fulfilled all of our requests. The unit was spacious. The beds were super comfortable, however the pillows could have been better. The only downside of the stay was the traffic noise. There was consistent traffic noise well past 3:00am. So if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. We walked all over downtown and it was really easy to get to places. We had a fabulous time.'

'The apartment was very clean and just like the pictures. It had everything we needed for our weekend in Cincy. Lots of space! Location was perfect! Walkable to great restaurants, attractions (Findlay market, TQL stadium, Washington Park, etc), and bars. Only a few blocks from the Free Streetcar stop. We had a great weekend!'
