"We stayed for four nights. The property entrance is off a charming courtyard garden, off a quiet lane, off a narrow quiet street. I was woken up by birds, not car sounds. It's a ground floor, but quite bright. The kitchen/living area is not huge, but it's a long L shaped apartment, so the bedrooms are separated from the kitchen. I could get up and hit the boulangerie around the corner at 7am and not wake up the kids. And they could stay up late and not wake me up when I went to bed at 9. There...

Area is beautiful, and close to great food. Would happily stay again. Host was wonderful, and allowed us to drop off our bags a little early. Would recommend."

"The flat was just right for us. It couldn't be closer to a Metro station and there were plenty of places to eat or buy food in close proximity. I would have given 5 stars for check-in, too, but we found the previous renters were leaving at our 3 pm arrival time, so we had to wait for the flat to be cleaned. That happened quickly, though. "We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were looking for a larger bed and a larger shower and this was perfect. We didn't do any cooking other than our breakfasts, but it was very well equipped if you wanted to. No elevator, but Oliver was kind enough to give me some assistance with my bag. Bakery is on the corner and a nice grocery store right on the next street. Short walk to metro stations and lots of restaurant choices."

"What an amazing experience! Frederick was great! This place is spacious and quiet. Perfect for relaxing after being a tourist all day. Just blocks from the metro station and the BEST croissants (2023 award) is right at that corner. Great restaurants on the canal which is only other two block walk. "Our stay here was good overall. The host Marco and his partner Dennis were very accommodating. "The apartment was as described. On the third floor, but not difficult to reach (even though I am on crutches). In Paris one does not expect apartments to be spacious, but this was more than adequate for two. (For four it might be rather cramped). All the facilities that we required. The Belleville area is a lively district, and the Buttes Chaumont are lovely."

"The apartment is well equipped with all you need to stay and make yourself some meals if you want to. The area of Les Lilas is filled with variety of shops, bars and restaurants that people that live in the neighborhood frequent. Metro line 11, tram and buses are just short walk away. "This was exactly what we needed for our visit of Paris; quiet, clean and in close proximity to the airport. The only negative remark is that the heaters were set to Eco mode (not giving off heat) and the bathroom window was left open, so it took a bit of time to heat up the apartment."
