Wonderfull time in Tuscany
Lovely stay. San Gimignano, Volterra, Firenze nearby. Peacefull appartment (very comfortable bed) in the middle of nowhere. Great pool. Only thing we missed is a panoramic view from the terras. And - since we brought our small and electric bicycles - the long strada bianca was a kind of problem. Complements for Fabio and his family for the help they gave us.

Beautiful swimmingpool and view!!
Beautiful view (our terrace had no view to the hills). Some appartments has a terrace with view to the hills. The little home had almost everything we needed (we only missed a good baking pan). The home also has a washing machine. A very good lovely restaurant in the neighbourhood to go with kids is: Bistrot Stella (with playground)! You can also have breakfast here! They have fresh pasta and nice truffle ice cream.

Tolle Aussicht vom Swimmingpool kompensiert die Anfahrt der letzten 2 km auf einer äußerst miserablen Schotterpiste. Die Schlaglöcher sollten baldmöglichst ausgebessert werden.

Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool.
Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Marco hat uns super nett empfangen und hat uns alles gezeigt. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen. Der Weg zum Dorf ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Wir würden aber immer wieder kommen.

Nice and charming place to be in Tuscany
Overall, our stay in Momialla was great. The appartment was great, the onboarding was great, the swimming pool area was great, the area where Momialla is located is great! I really enjoyed our two weeks on-site, it was charming and relaxing.

Peaceful and bucolic
This was our second visit to this tranquil hamlet. Having been touring some of Italy’s great cities, we needed to recharge away from the hustle and bustle for nine days. The location was perfect for us and the apartment charming. It’s not for everyone. You absolutely must have a car and enjoy more remote albeit beautiful settings. And you must be mobile enough to walk up and down the hill to and from the parking. area. But if you are looking for a place from which to explore the Tuscan countryside and hilltop towns it is perfect and peaceful. There is a little market on the outskirts of San Gimignano where you can stock up on any food essentials and toiletries—the owners were very helpful to us. Our landlady, Daniele, was staying next door and was also very welcoming and provided us with some great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
