'Lovely place, clean and friendly service '

'We had a fabulous time at the house. We had one issue with the A/C but it was resolved very quickly with the owner. The home was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the place and rested, relaxed by the pool and cooked fresh pizza in the kitchen. The spaces and 3 rooms each with a bathroom was luxury. The location was right next to Publix supermarket and bealls outlet. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Easy access to 27 and 17-92 Haines city and into Winter Haven.'

' Spoke to guy managing the property a day before, asked if the pool was heated, he said yes, turns out that was a lie. Is not heated. AC on the second floor was at 80 degrees at night, contacted him and he said he will send a technician the next day, he never did, bunch of lies. '

'Pool was not clean, very cold, charge to much extra to heat it, very bad to pay an extra a that price Floor was not clean at all, our feet were black after walking around few minutes Also the pool filter of the neighbour was so noisy that we could not stay outside around the pool'

'Property was canceled on us 4 days before coming to Orlando.'
