The included breakfast was very nice and we had dinner at the restaurant which was also excellent. We also spent time in the pub which was also nice. The interior is beautifully restored. Although the pub does not open until 4pm, there was a member of staff available to get us checked in much earlier. If...

Also transport link to the airport wasn’t clear and we ended up spending over 30 mins on a bus trying to figure out how to get to T5 - this could have been explained at check in as opposed to just be handed a piece of paper which the timings didn’t match"

"For us, it was a really good location. Main West Hampstead shopping street at the end of the road and train stations just five minutes’ walk. The room was very pleasant and seemed recently equipped. It did not feel crowded. The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use. We had a small fridge and a microwave and kitchen area sink so could eat simple meal if we chose. "
