'Prima en vriendelijk ontvangen. Ruime gezinskamer voor 1 nacht met verdieping De bank sliep erg slecht vanwege de balken van het frame onder de zitting die je erg goed voelde als je in het bed lag. Het andere inklap bijzet bedje was helaas ook van slechte kwaliteit. Het tweepersoonsbed was een mooi vorstelijk bed! We hadden een erg vroege vlucht vanaf Chania AirPort (dat maar op enkele minuten van het hotel lag) maar de 24 uurs-receptie had een take-away ontbijtje voor ons. '

'I stayed here for a week, with my 21 year old daughter. The view over Chania and the see is unbelievable! We had a wonderful time: the rooms were perfectly clean and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and helpful. There is a shuttle service into the old town, but walking down hill into town was also lovely. Breakfast is really good.'

'Nice hotel located near the old town of Chania with its many restaurants and shops. Nice and clean room which was disinfected before I arrived. No cleaning during my stay because of Covid-19, which the staff and hotel take very seriously. As a result the swimming pool had limited opening times, and breakfast was served, but you could indicate what you wanted. Only negative for me was that they only start serving breakfast at 7:30 am, a bit late if you want to do organised day trips. '

'Staff were very welcoming and attentive. While helping other guests with check in, the team did not hesitate to offer refreshments upon arrival. The rooms were very exceptionally clean and did not disappoint. Breakfast was very smooth as well and variety available. We ended up having to leave unexpectedly late in the middle of the night, and the team did not hesitate to coordinate seamless transport to eliminate further stress on our already stressful return back. 'Epavli Grace made our stay in Chania incredibly enjoyable. They are a 5-10 minute walk from all of the old town shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and clean - everything brand new. They had a big balcony with a drying rack which was very convenient. They were very accommodating (delivered an iron to the room on request, helped book a taxi to the airport the morning of our flight out). The breakfast was excellent and they had many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. '

'We had a wonderful stay at the Epavli Boutique Hotel. The hotel is in a good location with shops and restaurants nearby. Our room on the first floor was spacious, clean and very comfortable; it included a small fridge which the staff kept stocked up with complementary bottled water on a daily basis. We found all the staff to be welcoming and very professional, in particular Dina and Maria were very helpful and made us feel at home. We’d recommend the hotel very highly. '
