'Kamer 107 er staat een koffie maker maar is onvolledig, geen pads houder , geen cups ,geen koffie . Bij vraag aan een poetsvrouw kregen we uit een andere kamer een houdertje . Zelf voor koffie gezorgd en willen de koffie maker opzetten komt er een beige vieze smurie uit. In een mum van tijd stonk heel de kamer …walgelijk. 'An absolute gem. Considering this is next door to the Four Seasons and Conrad, it's a veritable bargain! The rooms are spacious. The pool is nice. The bar staff are friendly and helpful. One of the reception staff could use going on a customer service training course, but they were the exception. Everyone else was a delight!'

"We booked this hotel after a shopping day in the Sawgrass Mill Mall. It's just a few minutes drive away, so the location was really ideal. The hotel is a bit older, but clean. Room was spacious and had all necessary comfort. Unfortunately, there was a lot noice in the hallway in the evening. The breakfast was basic, but ok."
