'Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

'Staton at the front desk was lovely. We needed a place near airport, after being delayed flying back from Europe. We booked on the same day and had a clean comfortable room. The hotel is under renovation and not appealing from the exterior but our room was great for the 6 hours we were there. '

'The customer service is the worst!!! The rooms are dirty and they do not have phones! It was horrible and I would never recommend it.'
