"The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable allowing for a good night sleep. Dining options are fabulous for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are multiple venues for each meal to choose from. All the food we ate was delicious. The pool had very comfortable chairs for lounging. There is good selection of slots to play. The Hershey store is great for shopping and eating. Loved the bakery and ice cream Hershey offered."

"Great ambience, friendly staff, clean casino and rooms. Pool area and staff were great. Self check in kiosk said my room wasn’t ready despite being 730pm so had to stand in line for 40 min since there was only about 5 staff members checking in and handing complaints. The staff however all handled themselves excellently as we watched the show. On check out there was a sign to say check in & check out with the same huge line. Luckily I asked someone if this was the check out line who...
