Just a quick overnight stay after arriving from a cruise and departing from LHR. The check in was quick and easy. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was great (anking room that overlooked the airport). Despite looking at planes landing & departing, we didn't hear a sound. Great insulation! The restaurant down stairs was very nice with friendly service and two menus to choose from; regular restaurant menu and a more casual bar menu. The food was very good and served hot and promptly.

It was great to have a shuttle to and from the airport although we still had to pay for it. All was good except if you plan to take the shuttle back to the airport go extra early. The shuttle made at least 10 stops before arriving at the airport.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were comfortable, warm, great shower, so quiet, no airport noise, close to airport, close to gas station, hire car, petrol station, etc. Caught bus to tube station to get around London. Liked the menu options and great food.

We had a good stay the night before our flight from Heathrow. The staff was very helpful. I just wish there was a better shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle is both infrequent and expensive. Because several hotels are on the same loop, it’s also slow, so we opted for an expensive Uber ride when we had to get to the airport quickly in the very early morning.

Hyatt Place is a convenient hotel where to spend a night between flights. The room is well appointed and the bed very comfortable. I loved the chaise. The restaurant's food selection is good and reasonably priced. I need to highlight how incredibly helpful a staff member (Gita) was in helping me retrieve a bag I had left on the shuttle bus. Based on the search criteria I used in the search, I thought an airport shuttle was included. It wasn't, so we had an extra Uber ride that wasn't factored into the cost. Otherwise, the place was clean & convenient.

Stayed here before an early morning flight. Although opposite the runway, you can’t hear a thing outside whilst in the hotel. Rooms are modern and easy to get to the airport from the bus stop situated directly outside the hotel, with them running from 3:30am till late.
