'Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. 'We came for a long weekend to the area and had a great stay at this beautiful unit! We had an event in Hoboken and in Manhattan and they were a short 15 minute ride. There were many lovely features and lots of amenities. We were a family of five with a teenage daughter, and she especially enjoyed the expansive full finished basement with essentially her own bedroom, living room, playroom and suite :-) and the rest of us were very comfortable on the main level. 'The first night I stayed, the bathtub was already clogging up. There was a lot of dust in plain sight. The time for checkout was 11am but we got a message from the owner at 9am saying the password would expire at 10am, when clearly in the booking check out was 11am. All this was very inconvenient. '

'The house was pretty ill-equipped. The air mattress being the biggest problem. It deflated after the first night and was too flat for 2 people so one of us had to sleep on the couch. We were not aware of the bed situation until after booking and were desperate for a place. Bare minimum blankets and pillows. While amenities aren’t required, they are pretty standard and this place was lacking; Coffee machine would have been nice. Location was sketchy but not the owners fault, just an fyi.'
