'Had to wait at the airport for a shuttle to hotel almost an hour! Finally had another hotel shuttle Crown hotel take pity on me and take me there! No coffee pot etc available in room either! No complimentary shampoo in room either '

'This hotel was a good deal for the price. It was nice that there was a pool and breakfast included. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the woman at the front desk! This is a "no frills" property but just what I needed. '

'The check in the as easy and the room is as Spacious. However there was police activity when we arrived and a second unit arrived after our check in. In the early evening a male guest was on our floor was aggressively shouting and pounding or hitting something. It was alarming and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. '
