'The property was ideally situated close to the harbour and all amenities, and proved an excellent base for a 4 night stay. It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car. 'Great base for our family holiday to Caister. Well appointed had everything you would need. Plenty of towels which was good as we needed one in the kitchen for drying hands. Did not mention in advert that was right next door to a pub, most nights this was not an issue as the bedrooms are at the front, but on the Saturday there was a live band in the pub which was very loud and went on until 11.30pm. 'Fisherman’s cottage is the most beautiful cottage we have stayed in. Mundesley is a lovely, peaceful village, with a stunning beach. The owners contacted me prior to our stay, with lots of information. We had trouble with the lights (a fuse had gone) and I spoke with the owners and within 10 minutes someone was round to fix the problem. The cottage was spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully. 'Spacious, clean and well equipped, comfy beds and enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy. Really appreciated the board games for the day the weather was not so good. Really minor improvements would be pint glasses for the men, a long cable to make the snug room tv internet connected and for all the beds to be made up not just the number fir persons staying so we can chosewhi sleeps where (one of the singles didnt have sheets on presumably as we were 7 staying in an 8 berth cottage).
