"We had a great visit. The staff was friendly and helped with some advice on our trip. The location was super convenient with the tube stop at the end of the block. Breakfast was great (good crispy bacon!) the rooms were small but that’s typical of London hotels. The bathroom was actually decent size and good hot water /pressure."

Only recommendation is to improve eco side - remove single use plastics (toiletries) and individual coffee packets from rooms."

"Hotel was in an area walkable to shopping and restaurants and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was having issues with their air conditioning during our stay and the room never got cooler than 75 degrees. "

"Convenient location - near the Bayawater underground and have buses to notting hill area lcoated around the corner. Room was great for our young family and interior design was nicely done. Would stay again if we are visiting in London."
