'The house was pretty much perfect. Great location. The boardwalk and beach were walkable for our family as we only go to 8th St on the boards. There is everything you need there beach towels, shower towels, bikes, and beach chairs. The window AC units really cooled the house down. Multiple TVs allowed for college football and cartoons. The only things I wouldn’t recommend the place with small active babies unless you have multiple adults to keep an eye out. There is a set of steep only stairs...

'Had a wonderful girls weekend at this home. It was clean with amazing views and very close access to the beach. It was a cold weekend but we could sit in the living room and watch the waves which was nice. Everything was as stated and our host was awesome. He checked on us when we arrived and took the trouble to send us ideas for dining. Hoping to stay again maybe in September. It’s a 10 !'
