'The rooms are ok, but do not fit the bill for a 4 star accommodation. There is not even a safe in the room. They offer a safe at the reception, but this does not really provide you with the feeling your stuff is as safe as if it would be locked up in your room. The rooms are done up to a reasonable standard. It feels like there was only a limited budget available to upgrade the rooms; it definitely focussed on looks over quality. 'We stayed three days and the last day was bad. They closed the pool to trim the palm trees and they were not finished till 2pm! That ruined are whole day. Why didn’t they do a section at a time over several days? If not for this I would have given 5 stars. Very disappointed on our last day. '
