'We loved our stay here. Great views from the 30th floor apartment. My son stayed on a comfortable blow-up bed and I took the king size bed. Jim was very helpful with requests to set up tours and helped us navigate going to a local soccer game. Angelica was so helpful in any need and request we had throughout the trip. Not ideal when being a tourist establishment! - Front desk had our creditcard information but there was no option to charge to room. 'Very good stay. Part if it being renovated (restaurant), but no nuisance. The transport firm hanging around the exit is good and safe but vey expensive. The difference can be more than 700% when compared to yellow cabs. If you take a yellow cab, remove yourself a bit from the hotel or (when returning to the hotel) ask to be driven to the Beirut restaurant. The word "Marriott" tends to make the yellow cab drivers multiply the normal fee by 2 or 3.'
