We stayed here because we had an early flight out of Fiumicino the next morning. Checkout was a breeze. The hotel took all six of us, and our luggage, to the airport in their van, which was much appreciated! The rooms were great, the restaurant was good, and the staff was helpful.

Travelling as a group of 3. Asked for a room with either a queen and single or three singles. Ended up with 2 singles and had to ask multiple times for the additional bed. Wifi signal was strong but the authentication did not work. Kept telling us to contact support. Went to use the hot tub after a long walk through Rome. Water was cold. We paid more money at this hotel over any stay we had in Italy, for a tiny room and the "free" services that did not work. Very disappointed.

Convenient from any terminal u fly into as it takes about 10 mins to walk from your to HH. Property is tired and run down. Wifi and 4G/5G reception are bad and sporadic - amazing considering it is located in airport! Expensive for such a hotel which is at best 3 stars. Reception gave me an handicap room but didn’t tell me. So the whole shower is wet after we finish showering!

The location is impeccable, conveniently situated inside of the airport and walkable to all facilities in the Airport. It’s a best option for transfers or earlier flight in Rome. Staffs are friendly and professional. We booked a spacious premium room, which is helpful. However, the property is rundown. The water pressure of the shower is a joke, the power plug for hair dryer is broken and it needs a forced pressure by hand to connect, the magnifying mirror is falling off and doesn’t function properly. The bed is saggy, not up to the Hilton standard. When we arrived and wanted to rest from a long flight. the noises from upstairs with people in Happy-hours are unbearable. We had to leave the room to avoid the headache. One of the worst Hilton property I ever stayed and not worth the value at all. Very disappointed.

Visiting Italy is great of course but if you have had enough of their culture, the Rome Hilton is like being back in the USA. Large comfortable room with AIR CONDITIONING! Also we had one of our best meals at the hotel restaurant.

I stayed here for early flight. The room was clean and tidy but there is not enough restaurants or cafe around the hotel or airport. The location is convenient so if you stay here for early flight, I recommend to enjoy the city first even meals.

Great if you are arriving late to Rome and need to be near the airport. The property is a bit run down and the amenities were a bit disappointing for a Hilton but overall clean and the staff was friendly.

We had read some bad reviews about this hotel so our expectations were low. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We had an outstanding stay!! The hotel was clean, quiet, and the dinner and breakfast were fantastic!

My room had terrible fan noise in it and I had to wait around for a technician to confirm it was bad (it was) before I was allowed to change room, which was very inconvenient . When I changed room, I was sent to a much smaller room by the train track but the people at the front desk were very rude and unhelpful about me changing room again. Very disappointed.

Hotel is attached to the Rome airport. Made it super easy to stay waiting for next flight. Hotel also has a bar and restaurant on location. Both are a little $$ but it is only one around.

Hotel really needs a remodel. Looks very dated and the bathroom in particular was more three star than four star. The staff and the food were very good though and made up for the star of the room. The lasagne was outstanding. The hotel is very convenient for the airport and you walk under cover the whole way. It's quite a walk for sure but super convenient
