'Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mijn kamer was schoon, matrassen iets hard maar ik heb prima geslapen (7 nachten) en mijn kamer lag rustig gelegen, dus geen geluidsoverlast gehad. Het ontbijt is basis maar goed. Pollock Estate ligt op ongeveer 20 a 30 minuten lopen van de Royal Mile. Op - 5 minuten loopafstand van Pollock Estate liggen de opstap en uitstap bushaltes (aan de grote weg voor de Commonwealth Pool). Met lijn 30 en 33 kunnen je uitstappen vlak bij de Royel Mile en...

'Bar/disco onder het hotel was erg veel lawaai tot 4 uur '

'Personeel was vriendelijk. Door de pasjes had maar een select groepje mensen toegang tot de kamer. Dit vond ik veilig/prettig aanvoelen. Het gebouw was netjes. '

'Amazing location! Shops, restaurants and attractions are within the block. Check in was easy and staff very friendly. I had a private room with shared bathroom and the room was a decent size and the bathroom was very clean. The shared kitchen was modern, clean, and had utensils, dishes, and cookware, as well as a fridge to store food. '

'Great hostel, very beautiful, one point of improvement; the bins in the ladies bathroom were full for three days in a row. Other than that it was all very clean and nice. '

'Everything looked okay and was reasonably clean considering that you share the apartment with 5 other rooms. But then the beds, they were horrible. Definitely would not recommend sleeping in these for more than a few nights. The location, however, was perfect and near the main tourist attractions in Edinburgh '
