'My favorite hotel great service '

'Perfect in almost every way, i was charged twice for the deposit plus parking fees and I was told the hold would come off one of the charges but It still came out my account. I checked out over 24hrs ago and still no refund so I had to dispute with my bank'

'Had a problem with check in. My room was supposed to be available at 4pm. I was running late with my arrival so I had dinner with my family and would check in after. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm only to find out that my room was not available. Finally at 9:30pm I was given my room key. Five plus hours after it was supposed to be available. This was the only negative with my two day stay.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at Dunes Village and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Myrtle Beach area, especially those with younger kids. The rooms are cleans and spacious, have a kitchen and microwave - perfect for young families. There are 2 indoor water parks, and a number of pools next to the resort, with the beach just a few steps away. Chill out on the beach then wash the sand off and cool down with a drink next to the pool! They also have a nice restaurant...

'The service was excellent, from valet to the pool bar, every person we interacted with was very nice. The lobby smelled amazing, I wish I knew what they used. The room however showed some age, particularly the bathroom. The pillows on the king bed didn’t have the protective case and the pillow case was not the right size so the yellow pillow was sticking out of its pillow case'

'The Embassy Suites hotel is a lovely property with easy access to the beautiful beach and other wonderful amenities. Friendly helpful staff, great dining options including Black Drum Brewing and delicious breakfast buffet, terrific pool and waterpark area are a few reasons we enjoy it so much. Highly recommend and we will continue to vacation here frequently!'
