'We came to Rochester to visit family and stayed in the Nautical Hideaway. We felt at home there immediately! Rental is equipped with everything you need and then some.'

'Unit was very clean and appeared newly renovated. Kitchen and appliances were new. Bathroom was new. We did not lack for much and the hosts supplied what we needed during our stay. Keep in mind the bathroom is on the second floor in case anyone visiting you there is unable to negotiate the stairs. Another caution is only one of the beds allows a tall person (6’ 2”) to let their feet hang off the end. We would stay here again.'

'Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.'

'Absolutely beautiful location and a wonderfully peaceful retreat. The host thought of everything needed for a family stay, from toys for tots to coffee and quiet spaces for adults who want to enjoy a bit of r and r by the water with a good book. The morning sun light bouncing off the water no more than a few feet from the large bay windows makes for a storybook view with one of the most picturesque live canvas we've had the pleasure to enjoy.
