'We had no problems with our stay and the hosts were very helpful and checked in often. The fence was not all the way to the ground so a small dog could easily escape but we weren’t here for very long and the neighbors also had fenced backyards so that wasn’t a big problem. Weeki Watchee was a wonderful waterpark close by and we also saw the manatees year round at Homosassa State Park. We enjoyed our trip thoroughly!'

'Didnt get the chance to use the hot tub attached to the pool as we couldn't figure out how to get it to turn on or use it. Some instructions would have been nice instead of a small note of when something operated at certain times. It was either chilly, cold or raining to go to the beach so the pool was a plus. The house was very peaceful. My family and i enjoyed our stay very much despite the weather we ran into in Florida. Thank you for letting my family stay in your beautiful home.'

The home has a modern kitchen with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Jan is very attentive when you need and can’t recommend his home enough. 'Classic seaside cottage with rooms for two families plus mom. Outdoor cabana served as master for CA couple and three bedrooms gave parents and ‘nana with three under 9 lots of choices. Well- stocked kitchen tools and beach chairs and toys with plenty of towels. Don’t expect fancy just trust charm and comfort!'

'From the communication during the booking process until checkout, this was our best VRBO experience. The house was incredible. It had everything you would expect and so many things we would have never expected!! (bluetooth music in the master shower? Wow). While it says the house is not on the beach, it is seconds from the beach and you can see beautiful beach views. So much space to park multiple cars and the backyard is a mini paradise in itself.
