We checked in and went back to Disney, so it was after 10pm that we were back in our room and turned on the TV and found out it was not getting any signal. I called the front desk, and a maintenance worker came right away, but was unable to fix it. He then found out the rooms available near us, and made sure the TV worked in them before we switched rooms. That is good customer service!

23 Jul 2019All of the Harry Potter attractions were amazing! It was so well done and we used the Hogwarts express to move between Universal and Universal Islands of Adventure.
