'The property was small, but very well kept. The communication with the host was excellent! It was a very warm summer (for part of it, at least), so the AC units had a little trouble keeping up throughout the house, but it was not bad in the evenings. The house is right across from a park, around the corner from some great restaurants and such and very convenient to downtown and other Nashville features. Would definitely recommend!'

"Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "
