'Very clear instructions by emails after booking. Effective communication by English via email or face to face. Very helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness in common area. Walking distance to both train stations and has bus stop in front of the hostel. Has hot water, coffee & tea supplies & clear instructions on cooking ramen by microwave oven. Could be better if there is a pantry for simple cooking with an individual sink. Will return to this hostel when revisiting Mt. Fuji area again '

'So near to the FujiQ amusement park. A few train stops from Kawaguchiko Station or you can also walk a few hundred meters to the hotel while exploring the area along the way. In the early morning while walking my way back to Kawaguchiko station, Mount Fuji was so clear in full visibility that it looked like a giant & haunting spirit being. It was massive & jaw dropping! 'Great location, walkable to both the train station and the old town. Very friendly staff, very well equipped kitchen. Our room was clean and the shower facility was acceptable. If you're unlucky to get a room near the common areas, the doors are made of paper so you can hear everything. '

'It is placed in a quiet neighborhood which was nice, but a little far from convenience stores etc. I went by car, so there was no problem, they got Parking outside which was free. Everything was pretty good, staff was friendly, not a lot of guests which was nice, and the garden inside was insta worthy. Only thing was the shared bathroom, guess we can't do anything about that.'

'Comme toute auberge de jeunesse, c'est plutôt petit. Mais c'est propre, les douches, les chambres et la cuisine sont bien pensés même s'il n'y a qu'une seule table pour 4 personnes en tout pour manger. Les consignes pour les bagages sont gratuites (on récupère la pièce en même temps que la valise) Il n'y a pas d'espace commun donc on s'ennuie, on ne peut pas se poser pour bouquiner, boire un verre, discuter, jouer aux cartes, etc. C'est chacun chez soi dans son lit.'

'チェックイン時にスタッフ不在。 連絡先が書いてあるものの繋がらない。 ネットで検索して系列の宿(？)に電話が繋がる。今から行きますと言われたので、待ったけど来ない。 1時間経っても来ないので痺れを切らして再度電話。「今向かうと言ってたんですけど…もう一回連絡してみます」と言われ…どれだけ待ったか覚えていませんが、やっと来た。 「倉庫で作業していてー連絡繋がらなかったみたいでー」 寒い玄関で震えながら待ちました。 先にご飯を済ませておいて良かった… どんな安い宿でももう少しまともな対応してくださります。 こんなこと初めてでした。'
