'I stayed at a couple Kinjos and this one was great. Reception was open reliably and spacious. With the help of Google translate app communication was friendly and clear. They had Kinjo loungewear available as promised. I was in a 2 bed room just for myself and it was comfortable and clean. I love the dryer room! Plenty of towels, toothbrushes etc. I’d stay here again.'

After 15 minutes of looking around; the staff from the second floor came down to greet me; and I got checked led in. The language barrier was very real; as my Japanese was non existent. '住房很寬闊，又有大開放式廚房和客廳，足以比我哋煮食，可惜我哋book兩張床房，但已顯示有一位5歲小朋友，張床細不能容納兩位訓得舒適，酒店可考慮客人人數，建議或幫忙處理，相比我這次旅程的另一酒店，我預訂大床房，原本諗住3人訓，床已經非常寬闊，酒店亦自我安排另一tatami, 真係令我哋喜出望外，想怎樣訓都得。餐具不足，冇碗冇碟，其他煮食用具齊，因為煮食關係，台面，抽油煙機，燈比較污糟，唔夠乾淨，沖涼去水好慢去不了'
