'The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the dock and main part of town. Tucked away in a shopping/dining area. It is a hidden gem! Decor was great, very clean, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Price was very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend. '

'Clean spacious and quiet room. Towel was provided and bedsheets. Close to port and bus station serving other cites in Croatia and Dubrovnik including Direct Bus to Montenegro (3 times a day). Buses to Pile gate and old town. Local supermarket and mall, restaurants. Really good location. Clean bathroom and toilet. Ac was good and working well. Hostel has microwaves and Fridge in the breakfast area. Really great place for mature minds amd quiet away from noise and nuisances.. '

'E un hotel bello e de comodissimo e il personale sono sempre disponibili. Nei dintorni c'è tutto a portata di mano io lo consiglio molto anche x le persone che non piacciono sentir troppo caus alla mattina x e un posto tranquillo veramene e alla sera ce divertimento nel viale con musica ecc.. '

'during my long time being a booker this is the worst hotel ever. no receptionist. bikes in the lobby en no breakfast, diner or even candybars! So nothing like the advert says. Do not go there'

'This was a really nice place to stay in Split and not be alone. Shared a room with 3 people. Easy to secure stuff. Clean bathroom. Close to old town, palace, riva, port. Very walkable. Taxi drop off and pick up is a couple blocks away. There are some stairs to some rooms. Coffee and breakfast was convenient. Very nice, helpful staff. Would stay again. '

'Very nice small hotel. We stayed in a new building that was very nice. No elevator. Great complementary breakfast. We arrived in the evening after their small bar closed. The owner very nicely provided drinks for us anyways. We would stay again. Convenient to Spilt airport and Trogir. '

'Mobile Home, es sollte ein neues Mobilhome sein, aber als wir ankamen gab es einige Mängel. Die Ausstattung an Besteck und Gläser war schlecht. Die Treppe der Terrasse war defekt(Leiste). Ein Tag vor Abreise und nochmalige Beschwerde wurde es repariert. Der Mülleimer war defekt und was gar nicht ging, das der Stöpsel von der Spüle fehlte, somit war abspülen jeden Tag eine Herausforderung. Sobald wir die Klimaanlage angeschaltet haben war diese am starken brummen, so daß man sie auch nicht nutzen...

'Rooms are small and do not have air conditioning, the manager and owner is very rude, had to beg the owner to change the locks on the door because they were not working, the bathroom was extremely small and never had toilet paper, the bathroom also did not have a lock on the door. Please spend a little extra money because this place is horrible. '

'We had an excellent stay at the Rooms Nina. We were very well received by the host, who was very kind and smiling. The room was very beautiful, cosy and clean. So was the bathroom. She gaves us a lot of places to hang out, and eat. We thank her very much for everything. The Old Town is a 20 minutes walk away. There are a lot of things to do and see. It’s very beautiful. We certainly recommend this place and vacations in Dubrovnik ! '

'It had a great view of old town and the wall. Easy parking and it is an uphill walk from old town eateries after dinner. Not too bad. We had a problem with the internet for a few days but then got resolved and the owners sent us a bottle of wine and box of chocolates for the inconvenience.'
