'Very nice small hotel. We stayed in a new building that was very nice. No elevator. Great complementary breakfast. We arrived in the evening after their small bar closed. The owner very nicely provided drinks for us anyways. We would stay again. Convenient to Spilt airport and Trogir. '

'Het appartement is klein maar heeft alles inclusief een mini keuken en een airco en een ruime en mooie badkamer. De locatie is fenomenaal. Inchecken was super makkelijk via e-mail en whatsapp en wij mochten veel eerder naar binnen dan de standaard inchecktijd. Verder was het heel schoon en rustig. 'スタッフがチェックインの時にお迎えと書いてあるが、スタッフとは一度も会うことができなかった。 エクスペディアのチャットに問い合わせてようやく、ポストの鍵で部屋を開けるよう指示を受けることができた。 部屋を間違えられ、ダブルの部屋を予約したがシングルの部屋に宿泊することになり返金もされなかった。 宿泊中に他の宿泊者も同じようにチェックイン出来ておらず、他人のチェックインを私がするという手間をとられた。 立地は良いがスタッフの対応はとても悪い。'

'Rooms are small and do not have air conditioning, the manager and owner is very rude, had to beg the owner to change the locks on the door because they were not working, the bathroom was extremely small and never had toilet paper, the bathroom also did not have a lock on the door. 'This was a really nice place to stay in Split and not be alone. Shared a room with 3 people. Easy to secure stuff. Clean bathroom. Close to old town, palace, riva, port. Very walkable. Taxi drop off and pick up is a couple blocks away. There are some stairs to some rooms. Coffee and breakfast was convenient. Very nice, helpful staff. Would stay again. '

'Location was perfect for restaurants, bars and amenities with easy transport and plenty of shops. The pool and outside area was well kept and had a great view. The accommodation was very average and dated, and the cooking facilities were very poor and limited. I think it needs some updating but not too bad value for money. Also found the owner somewhat rude and abrupt. 3 stars '

'Clean spacious and quiet room. Towel was provided and bedsheets. Close to port and bus station serving other cites in Croatia and Dubrovnik including Direct Bus to Montenegro (3 times a day). Buses to Pile gate and old town. Local supermarket and mall, restaurants. Really good location. Clean bathroom and toilet. Ac was good and working well. Hostel has microwaves and Fridge in the breakfast area. Really great place for mature minds amd quiet away from noise and nuisances.. '

'The owner (lady) is friendly and pleasant. The room was more than adequate but did not have a television and the WiFi was okay. The only complaint I have is the 75 meter walk up a hill to access the property. But is convenient to public transportation and restaurants and bars. For the value for my money it was well worth it.'
