'This property is well located and easily accessed with plenty of parking. It's in the middle of a long term remodel and refresh. They were very busy as there was a K-State football game in town and it was a bit stressful for the employees. The room was mostly remodled and pretty clean. No soap at the sink. No coffee in the room. Hallways were under construction but fairly clean. Only the bar was open in the evening but no food.'

'Tim was a great host. We really enjoyed our time at the B & B. He cares about his guests and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the area. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. We would not hesitate to stay there again if driving through the area. '
