'Clean quiet nice surroundings '

'Very nice hotel with friendly staff and nice views of the city. Our room was very comfortable and quiet despite it being on a busy city street. Loading zone in front of hotel is cramped and could be managed better. There is a city parking garage behind the hotel that charges $8.00 a night if your out by 6:AM If not its another 8.00. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be back.'

'The photos showed a hot tub ,, the pool was closed , the sofa bed was not comfortable, the elevator was super slow, the hotel needs some maintenance, one door you couldn’t get in, no coffee in lobby , '

'Stayed here two nights. The hotel was clean maybe a little dated, but overall well kept. No microwave in the rooms you have to go out to the lobby. Overall I would stay again if ever in Richmond again. '

'Stay was great outside of the bathroom. Body wash and soap dispensers were inoperable '

'We only had 1 tissue & had no body wash in shower. Shower/toilet room is tight, door literally almost touches toilet. Closet is on smaller side too, but having a separate sitting room is nice. Wish the fridge had a freezer section. Breakfast was nice but missing hot eggs & breakfast meats. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Overall a clean place. Parking is $8/24 hours. '
