'My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. 'I don't like to give bad comments but, in general, the property is nice, but in the description it mentions having a pool among the services it offers, but that pool does not exist, this was disappointing because it is one of the main reasons why I booked , also the beds have bedbugs omg I'm still itching from the more than 20 bites all over my body. 🙁'

'Property was well kept, quiet, and the cabin was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Grills, propane and charcoal were in excellent shape and most usable. Hot tub was a delight. Only issue is the cabin is a distance from the town; however, I had I had no need to go there. Given that, the town was quaint and many nice eateries.'

'Great location! Easily walked to the towns main attractions, shopping and coffee shop. Parking was a bit confusing with the snow piles. House was clean with strong retro vibes. Basement game room had a lot of broken items which was disappointing but overall met our weekend needs.'

'This property was absolutely breath taking .From the scenery to the beautiful cabin. It was so peaceful to just sit and listen to the river all day long and then opening the sliders at night and falling a sleep to the sound. They had everything and more stocked inside the cabin. My only complaint is that we weren’t able to stay longer. Hands down best location Iv ever been to. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing stay then this place is a must! We have already made plans to return. '
