'The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!'

'Super goede Hostel. Goed ontbijt. De eigenaren helpen je met het printen van tickets en als je iets wilt opwarmen is dat ook geen probleem. Bedden zijn fijn en alles is super schoon. Wij waren onze bril vergeten, Beatriz de eigenaresse heeft veel moeite gedaan om er voor te zorgen dat een gast de bril meeneemt naar haar volgende bestemming waar wij al waren, zodat wij de bril weer terug hadden. Ik raad deze accommodatie ook zeer aan.'

'Lago Gray is a beautiful site for your stay at Torres del Paine. The hotel has access to some trails but not all. The room was simple but well appointed, spacious and clean, and had a phenomenal view of the lake.
