More importantly, however, the bathroom door handle was broken and frequently we couldn't get out from inside. 'Nice for a quick trip for a concert! Didn’t know their was a pool so did not have stuff to swim wish that was advertised more and other guests we loud talkers but not hotels fault that they were so loud in hall at 1am!! Would stay again if passing through Cleveland again! '

Very few people stayed in hotel so the Internet works great. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent with bus stop for 55 Cleveland line to downtown taking about 60 min.
