'Wij waren op doorreis en hebben 2 nachten in dit hotel verbleven. Inchecken ging vlot bij behulpzaam en aardig personeel. Het gebouw is oud maar de kamer, bedden en badkamer waren schoon. De afvoer was niet al te best waardoor het water in het bad niet goed wegliep. De directe omgeving is niet interessant. Ik zou hier in de avond niet rond lopen. Over het algemeen kan je hier prima overnachten voor een lage prijs.'

'Only stayed one night. Comfortable and quiet. Room was very nice and big. Only issue was no liquid soap in the shower; it was empty and only processed sugar for coffee in the rooms and if you want breakfast it's an extra charge. These rooms are expensive enough without needing to pay for breakfast.'

'Checking in took 30 minutes. First there was nobody at the desk for 10 minutes and then waited 20 minutes for the clerk to check in one family. No excuses, no welcome. Hotel is average, pool is really small and in the shade. Breakfast personel is not friendly. A few minutes before closing they yell: Last call for breakfast en close the breakfast area. I have never seen this behaviour before.'

'Celebrating our 2 year anniversary, we decided to book again at the Abita Springs Hotel. The room we originally booked did have an AC malfunction and the liason quickly moved us into another more luxurious room. The stay was incredible, one we will never forget!! If I did have anything to say, it would be that I did text the number to get more towels and never got a response. It ended up being ok in the end, but thought I'd mention it.'

'This was a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. I only wish they had made it clear they weren't going to send the check-in information until the last minute, because the ad suggests they might confirm that two days prior to the stay.
