'I booked this room due to my father having a major surgery at UPMC Presbyterian. It is very close and convenient to the hospital. It was also a bonus that there was a restaurant and bar within the hotel. There were no free self park options at the hotel, but that was not unexpected for the location. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is due to cleanliness. In no way an I saying the hotel was dirty, but it was what I describe as "dingy". It could have been much cleaner. The floors were not...

'Zeer ruime en compleet ingerichte kamers, dichtbij restaurants en winkels. De ontbijtfaciliteit was standaard, niet speciaal, maar wel afdoende. Alleen betaald parkeren, maar wel overdekt. Qua locatie was het voor ons erg centraal naar attracties en winkelcentra. '

Overall, the staff was friendly, the stay was comfortable and offered everything needed and was very walkable and close to good restaurants and cafes.
