'Very nice quaint property. Staff was very nice, especially Robert, the valet guy. He was older, but was very helpful and really hustled. Rooms are on the smaller size, but adequate. Electrical outlets in the room were somewhat scarce. Lots of streaming TV choices although intermittent pausing was sometimes annoying. Easy walking distance to Petco Park & PHX Arena. Overall, a very nice place to stay. '

'Nice quaint hotel tucked away from the business of the city. I just wish they'd clean a little better before guest arrive. I could tell the room didn't get a deep clean the shower showed signs along with hair throughout the room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay at the Sofia. '
