'This hotel is modern and convenient and has free parking. It was the perfect location for our Ohio Stadium event. The only two slight negatives were the lack of friendliness of the check in/check out staff, and the fact that our room was never cleaned between nights. I really like a made bed as part of the amenities and it was disappointing not to get a couple new washclothes. Those were minor things and we had a great stay overall.'

'The manager working was amazing. She was kind and friendly to everyone. Would walk around and check with everyone how their stay was and if there was anything they needed. She was not afraid to help out were it was needed. Cleaning floor, answering phones, taking away empty plates from patrons.'
