'This was the worst value-for-money we have ever had in the US. First of all, there is basically no service. We stayed for a week, house-keeping never entered the room. You need to walk to the reception to get a new towel, to get toilet paper or when the shampoo ran out. The place advertises having a spa and sun terrace, those were closed all week. And then there's the noises... Three nights there was a barking dog in the room next to us. All night long... It bared throughout the day as well, but...

'1st the room we were given wasn't cleaned yet. Staff person apologetic. Then the key card given to us did not work on the new room assigned. Again, staff apologetic and asked for assistance. There was supposed to be a wake up call at 3:30 am. Didn't happen as there was no phone in the room, even though the staff person said there was. There is also late flights that come into MHT from Philly and it would be helpful if shuttle ran to at least 11:30pm. Staff was excellent though :)'

'Overall the stay was pretty good. I thought the firmness of the bed was a bit too hard and the pillows were a bit too unsupportive. Understandably, the cost of the stay was increased due to the urban location, but there was little to no offset of amenities such as the breakfast for patrons.
