'The hotel is clean with a friendly staff members. The hotel has added an extra charge now for seaurity to patrol the parking lot; especially with all the crime that has happened. We felt safe at night in the parking lot. The room is large, and clean with good air conditioning. the breakfast is plentiful, hot, and good. No problems noted. We stay here a lot and will continue too.'

'The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable! The hotel provided free tea and coffee in the lobby which was a great perk. The hotel recommends parking at a certain garage which cost $22 tax but I would recommend parking at a different garage (Brinkley Plaza Garage, 20 S Front St) only $10 all day! Parked overnight with no issues and was only a 2 minute walk to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel staff were very kind and friendly. Great stay, would love to return if I am ever back in...

'Hotel ligt erg gunstig om Memphis te bezoeken (parkeerkosten Memphis zijn laag). Enige wat verbetering behoeft is de housekeeping aangezien we twee keer om het wisselen van handdoeken hebben gevraagd in plaats van dat ze dagelijks kijken of er iets nodig is. '
