'Great location, great beach....filthy condo. The floors were so dirty we had to get supplies and clean them ourselves. Our grandsons feet and hands (he walks and crawls still) were black with dirt the first hour we were there. There were blue tape notes on the walls and ceiling where work was needed but not done. The vacuum was so full of grime and dirt that it was unusable. We drove a long way from Dallas to spend a week at the beach so had to put up with it, but if I were you I would not rent...

'It was awesome. A cute, quirky little place that I would never choose for myself but was truly a wonderful getaway. It would have been nice to know about the beach right at Banana Bay! It was a safe and memorable place to stay while traveling solo to visit my son at the base! '

'This is by far our favorite vacation rental so far!! The home is decorated so cute, very welcoming, and had everything we needed!! Our pups felt right at home, and enjoyed being able to come on vacation with us! The landscaping definitely gave the “treehouse” vibe, and from the back patio, with the tall magnolia trees and wooded feeling made it so relaxing!! When we weren’t at the beach, we were on the patio! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home, and we truly cannot express...

'Great alternative to large high rises - 2 story property made walks to/from beach with all our stuff very easy and I felt safe allowing the kids to walk back and forth on their own. We were able to leave larger items beneath the property rather than bringing them back upstairs thanks to the low level of public traffic.'
