'Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, denken mee en willen je overal mee helpen. Goede excursies vanuit het hotel te boeken met goede prive gids en chauffeur. prachtig uitzicht op de piramides en lichtshow vanuit het dakterras. Goed ontbijt en eten/ drinken op dakterras. Let op, er wordt geen alcohol geschonken. Op loopafstand van de piramides. Kamer die wij hadden was gedateerd maar voldeed. '

'We stayed at this hotel in Feb. 2025 for 3 nights. It is the perfect location if you’d like to walk around. The pictures posted on this add don’t make it justice. The room we stayed in was fully renovated and the street noise was barely noticeable. You’d be pretty much in downtown, we walked to the Egyptian museum, took the subway and walk around without any issues. Breakfast is delicious. It features a bar and the restaurant is small but very comfortable. Highly recommend it!'

'No breakfast was included even though it was stated on the booking that it would include breakfast. The bed was not comfortable because the mattress was old. When you shower, the water remains standing unless you pull out the drain. There is supposed to be a view of the pyramids, but this is not available in all rooms and was therefore not available in ours. The cleaner was friendly.'

'It was good overall. Just several of the staff, at the front door and restaurant were not friendly nor attentive. Rather they just were engrossed on their phones. Omar at the front desk was fantastic, really making us feel welcome and spoke very good English. Breakfast was very good, coffee decent and chef very nice. Oddly the others would just stand around chatting or on phones and offer no service. Bell boys were nice. Very nice sitting lounge. '
