'Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. It has wonderful pizza. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others. '

'This was our 9th visit to Bermuda but our first stay at Royal Palms and we will return. It is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to Hamilton. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and both the bus and boat ferries. The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any other hotels we have stayed at. Special shout out to Greg who didn’t give up on connecting our DVD player to their TV so we could celebrate Groundhog day. The included breakfast was delicious and we appreciated...

'Quiet, relaxing, comfortable, great work by the staff. Tying that to the birthday dinner for my wife the whole place could have fallen down and it would still get a very high rating. The chef needs 3 big raises in a row. '

'Lana was wonderful, very kind and helpful! The room was "Spartan" (no frills), but it served it's purpose. It was clean and comfortable. I loved having a balcony which looked out over the city of Hamilton. Although I never used the pool, I would- however -suggest that it remain cleaned simply for aesthetic reasons. I spent my time of course, enjoying the beautiful beaches of Bermuda! I will definitely return!'

'Roslyn was a wonderful host, very attentive and supportive. The apartment was impeccably clean, wifi worked well. We had to find our way around Bermuda, but once going, we figured out exactly how to best take advantage of the location of this residence.'

'The place is VERY clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed here for a quick work visit and it was exactly what I needed. This house is not in an area that has places to eat or entertainment but I did not need any of that for my stay. It was a great place and lower cost than others. I would recommend. '

'The suite could hardly have been more comfortable. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly, even offering us rides to nearby places, such as the grocery store. The balcony and view of the Sound were amazing. The property is situated directly next door to a ferry stop for Hamilton and even provided free ferry tickets. Only downside for me was the hotel is not close to restaurants or attractions. But between the ferry and taxis, it was not hard to get places.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. Irene is an amazing lady and an excellent host. The room was very clean and had everything needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The outdoor pool was amazing too. '

'This was a great spot. Near the bus stop, walkable to Elbow Beach, and a very nice diner on the property. It was great to have a restaurant so close on those evenings when you want to just relax after a long day. Staff was very sweet as well.'

'Ms Pat, along with her son Trevor, were great hosts. The apartment was clean and fully stocked. The island is beautiful and the apartment is located in the middle of the island which allows you to explore both ends at your leisure!'

'Excellent value for money. This is a fantastic apartment unit from which to launch your Bermuda vacation. The property is located a short walk away from the beautiful Admiralty House Park and 5 minutes away from Hamilton. The hosts took care of everything we needed, including arranging taxis, and even delivered ice cold bottled water on-demand. 5/5 star experience!'
