'We booked this last minute based on the reviews and so glad we did. The Hyatt is in a nice area, plenty of shopping(High end stores in the mall) and dinning options close by. Plenty of parking even if arriving in the evening. The area felt and looked safe. We stayed in a king suite with sofa bed. Exactly like the photos. Only negative was it needed a door to the sink area so others would bot be bothered by the light while sleeping or trying to. Kitchen has basic items to cook, eat, drink etc....

'Rooms and service is always great. The hotel itself was very loud with people all night. That was not good when you are trying to sleep. Breakfast was good I wish they would still do fresh waffles instead of keeping them in a warmer they aren’t good when they are soggy but other than noise it was fine. '

'If you are looking for a hotel while you have a dr apt at CHOP (King if Prussia) this one is it... CHOP is right across the street. The staff at this hotel is def a 10 out 10. I travel from Bermuda and stay here all the time and customer services has ALWAYS been very professional. Need a ride to Walmart, the mall or even some where to eat the shuttle drops you off and picks you up. The guys that drive the shuttle are so professional.
