'We love coming here each year but it seems to be going down in standards. Many rooms have air conditioning that does not work so we had to change until we got a good one. Bathrooms need better cleaning as well as pool. Some staff were great, some not so great. The food was quite good. Breakfast, view and pool great value for price. The lasagne they had in 2015 was amazing..bring back the old chef. Please put hand soap in rooms. I should not have to demand it after being told to use the pump...

'Room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom, but a view only to the building wall next door. Breakfast was disappointing and not very appetising. Dinner was ok but misswording of the offer available at the time meant too much food was brought and we were overcharged, though the staff were kind enough to correct this after some explaining. The wifi stopped working unfortunately. The location was good for the immigration office but otherwise a long walk or taxi ride to the centre.'

'The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...

'The staff was very friendly and helpful, but with very limited English. The room was clean and the breakfast good and filling. But the room had no window (without any hint during booking) and unfortunately the hotel is very noisy. And the staff didn't manage to ask a few young people to calm down between 2:00 and 4:00 in the morning - sleep was out of the question!'
